Isaac Hastings (Son of Daniel Haston) Family
Isaac Haston (Hastings) was a son of Daniel Haston. He was probably born in Knox County, TN and moved to White County, TN as a child with Daniel and the family. After he married Agnes Simpson, he moved for a short time back to east Tennessee, then to Greene County, MO where he lived for several years before moving to Sonoma County, California where he died and was buried. Isaac was a veteran of the War of 1812 and fought under General Andrew Jackson at the Battle of New Orleans.
