What is known of Nathan Woods, John and Jane Woods? They appear as witnesses in Knox county and neighbors in White county. Thank you

In his diary, John Sevier refers to a Suza Haiston who apparently lived in Knox Cty, TN in 1796. Sevier bought some melons from her. Was she related to the Daniel Haston family, who lived in Knox Cty at that same time and probably in the same general area where John Sevier's "Marble Springs" plantation was located? If you know of or can find info on this Suza Haiston, please let me know.
