Did the Union Presbyterian Church have its own graveyard? Do you know any of the names or dates of the people buried there? 2. Are you sure the Big Fork Baptist Church was on the Haston graveyard property? Could the foundation have been for another building besides a church? 3. Are any of these early members of the Baptist Church buried in that graveyard? 4. If Daniel was the earliest grave, could the Baptist Church have moved by 1826? It seem unusual for people to attend one church and want to be buried in the graveyard of another denomination, unless of course, they owned the land and burial was free. |
